Pilates

Sound Baths
Sound baths are deeply relaxing meditation experiences where soothing sounds and vibrations from instruments like crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes help calm the mind, reduce stress, and promote a sense of balance and wellbeing.
Women’s Circles
Women’s Circles are supportive gatherings where women come together to connect, share, reflect, and grow in a safe and welcoming space. They often include conversation, mindfulness, meditation, and self-care practices that encourage community, empowerment, and emotional wellbeing.
Reiki Circles
Reiki Circles are calming group healing sessions where participants receive gentle energy healing in a peaceful, supportive environment. These gatherings promote relaxation, emotional balance, stress relief, and a deeper sense of wellbeing through shared Reiki practice and mindfulness.
Baby Massage
Baby Massage is a gentle, nurturing practice that uses soothing touch to help babies relax, sleep better, and feel secure. It also supports bonding between parent and baby while promoting calmness, comfort, and overall wellbeing.
Pregnancy Yoga
Pregnancy Yoga is a gentle and supportive practice designed for expectant mothers, helping to improve relaxation, flexibility, strength, and breathing throughout pregnancy. Classes focus on comfort, connection, and preparing both body and mind for birth and motherhood.

Yoga
Sara invites a calm, peaceful environment to share dynamic flow practice and also a more gentle style. The intention is set to create a safe, connected space where you can feel part of a community and join her on a journey of exploration.
She believes yoga is a haven for recuperation, relaxation and peace bringing a sense of calm to her mind, allowing her to go about life with clarity.

Pilates
Immy, is a newly qualified mat Pilates instructor dedicated to helping you feel stronger, more confident and more connected to your body.
Expect welcoming and supportive classes designed to help you progress while having fun- leaving you feeling accomplished, energised and uplifted.

Charlotte Jupp
Yoga
Charlotte teaches Gentle Hatha here at The Studio! She’s all about creating a yoga experience that goes beyond just the movement. Breathwork to calm your nervous system, mindful flow, finishing with a beautiful deep relaxation using essential oils and live sound, because the integration at the end is where the magic really happens. Fun fact: before I found yoga, I spent years performing on cruise ships as a dancer and singer and the ocean is still very much where I feel most at home.

Anna Hjertstrom
Yoga
Anna is a yoga and meditation teacher with over 20 years of practice and study. Inspired by her early experiences in Chennai, India. Her classes blend movement and mindfulness to create balanced, accessible practices for body and mind. Drawing from training with respected teachers including Sianna Sherman and Shiva Rea, Anna creates welcoming spaces where students of all levels feel supported, grounded, and encouraged to reconnect at their own pace.

Sarah Dilger
Yoga
Sarah has practised yoga throughout her adult life, and in recent years it has become an essential balance to long days spent writing at a desk. She is inspired by yoga’s depth and variety, with a belief that there is always more to explore. Her classes focus on building strength gradually while encouraging students to move with curiosity, compassion, and connection to breath and body.

Alice Clements
Yoga
Alice has been evolving as a teacher since 2017 through years of practice, study, and teaching; training in Yin, Ashtanga, Prenatal, and SUP yoga. Alice loves holding space for people to reconnect with themselves through movement, breath, and mindfulness. Whether this be in a yoga class, women’s circle or massage, she likes to support healing, balance, and overall wellbeing, on and off the mat.

Yoga
Kini offers welcoming, embodied yoga classes inspired by the rhythms of nature, the seasons and the moon. Weaving together mindful movement, breath and somatic awareness through a subtle tantric lens, her teaching supports students in reconnecting with themselves in an authentic and grounded way. With a warm and inclusive approach, Kini creates nourishing classes for both beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

Erika is a Reiki teacher, Sound Practitioner and Women’s Circle facilitator, creating supportive spaces where healing and self-development can unfold naturally and gently.
With over ten years experience working with energetic practices, Erika supports others in caring for their wellbeing with presence and compassion

Yoga & Pregnancy Pilates
Claire has been teaching Yoga & pilates since 2021. From a strong background in Personal Training and Exercise to Music she then branched out to include Yoga and Pilates.
Her philosophy is rooted in the belief that a mindful approach to fitness can transform lives – not just physically, but emotionally and mentally as well.

Kathleen Hartley
Reiki Circles
Kathleen Hartley is a Transformational Life Coach and Reiki Master with over 15 years of experience helping clients move beyond stress, self-sabotage, and emotional blocks into greater clarity and alignment. Blending intuitive coaching with energy healing, she offers Reiki Circles, workshops, and 1-1 coaching designed to support personal transformation and deeper self-connection.

Vickie is a Motherhood & Community Facilitator passionate about creating warm, welcoming spaces for families. Through baby massage, baby yoga, circles and ceremonies she supports connection, confidence and community during the journey into parenthood.

Choose from a variety of styles including Dynamic Flow, Gentle Flow, 30 Minute Express Flow, Relaxation & Meditation, and deeply restorative Gravity Yoga.
